The outside common green areas will include paths with sitting areas surrounded in a native setting of the land which includes a rock face and mature trees. There will be an underground parking garage, where 1 parking space and storage space will be allotted to each unit. We offer an option to buy an extra parking space. There will be elevators in each of the 4 buildings. These titled condo units range in size, from 135 m2 to 338 m2.
Each unit will have its own gas and electric meter. There is a variety of floor plans to choose from with Terraces to the outside views. Most all units, come with Jacuzzis on the Terraces.
This project will be constructed using top-quality materials. The electric will be installed with security cables and polarized contacts. All the plumbing will consist of PVC material fused together by heat. Textured drywall will be used throughout buildings. For added security the doors and windows to the outside are of German design – Kommerling, with a 4 pt locking system and 6mm transparent glass. The floors will be a honey colored Marble – Paredon, from the state of Durango, Mexico. LG mini-split will be used for the air conditioning.
The kitchens will be furnished with Berloni Cabinets, which are of Italian design. Gas stovetop and ovens from General Electric profile, stainless steel sinks and granite countertops. We will be giving the options of buying sub-zero refrigerators, which there is a large range to choose from. Bathrooms will be outfitted with stanza porcelain.
